The Leica Summicron lens with 4 aspherical lenses is manufactured and adjusted in accordance Leica standards. Each lens is adjusted and fixed to the specific image size to ensure consistently high imaging performance over the whole lifecycle.
The Cine 1 benefits from Leica’s many years of expertise in the field of digital image optimization. Leica’s own image processing (Leica Image Optimization – LIO TM ) optimizes the image with special algorithms and thus achieves particularly natural color rendition, richly detailed color gradation and an outstanding contrast ratio.
The light source incorporates a RGB triple laser to ensure an outstanding bright image, a breathtaking large color space and a particularly long lifetime of more than 25.000 hours.
