How can I pay for my order?

  1. You can pay by Credit card. We accept almost all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro).
  2. We accept payments by Direct Bank transfer. Please contact us for necessary details.
  3. For Swedbank clients: You can pay using Bank link service.
  4. You can pay using PayPal service.

When will the amount be charged to my account?

The amount will be charged to your account when the order is dispatched (you will receive an email confirming this). It will be approximately a couple of days after you place your order.

In which currency will I be charged?

We use currency Euro (EUR) for all transactions.

Are online purchases safe?

We use the most up to date systems to control all transactions taking place on the website, including the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) that encrypts all potentially sensitive data.

My payment has not been accepted, why?

There may be various reasons why your payment has not been accepted: check the Credit card data you entered at the time of placing the order, such as expiry date, card type and number. If the problem still persists please a contact our Customer Care.

What is a CVV/CVC code?

The CVV (Card Verification Value) is a 3 digit number code on the back of your card, in the signature box (for Visa and MasterCard) or 4 digit number code on the front of the card (for American Express). It is fundamental to ensuring the safety of the transaction and discourages fraud, as it allows us to ascertain that you have the actual card in your possession.


We cannot deliver to Post Office boxes or to Postal services. If you choose to ship to a work address, please make sure you specify the name on the doorbell or the company information in C/O field.

Please note that orders are not shipped nor delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and on national holidays.

For Latvian customers: 

  1. Our company provides a free delivery service for all our customers !
  2. Delivery is usually up to 3 working days after you have placed your order.

For EU residents:

We offer Free of charges delivery for orders of 300 eur and above to any EU country.
Delivery is usually up to 3-5 working days after you have placed your order.

For Russian and Kazakhstan residents:

We will send your orders by mail, but the cost of the order can not exceed 1,000 euros including shipping costs.

For Non – EU customers (except Russia):

When paying by direct bank transfer we offer delivery outside the EU without charging VAT. To do this, please send your order by e-mail: We will contact with you in 1 working day.

The recipient is responsible for all duties, Taxes and Customs fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees.
International shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value and the destination country postal code. Shipping charges will be calculated during Checkout.

Delivery is usually up to 3-5 working days after you have placed your order.

We do not ship our products to the following countries:

  • Belorussia
  • Syria
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • North Korea


You can return one or more products for any reason whatsoever, if you are within our return timeframe (14 days from order delivery) and if the item has not been damaged, used or altered in any way.
Depending on the reason for the return, you will be sent via email the correct procedure to follow. Please contact our Customer Care: we will give you all the necessary information for your return.
As soon as the returned products are delivered to our warehouse we will verify the damage and issue your refund within the following 30 days. Please remember we cannot accept returns which are not in the exact same condition you originally received them in (e.g. if the item you return has been used or in any way altered). We will keep you updated by email during the whole process.
